LianYiHuiZhong was established in October 2007, the subsidiary of the China Digital Licensing (Group) Limited. LianYiHuiZhong mainly provides licensed/invested digital contents in the digital domains.

LianYiHuiZhong officially signed an exclusive cooperation agreement in 2010 with One Stop Chian Limited, the joint venture established by top three global record labels, i.e. Universal, Warner and Sony, in relation to obtaining the licensing as exclusive provider of up to 450,000 pieces of music content retrieved from domestic and overseas music libraries of the top three labels. LianYiHuiZhong provides various relevant services of the licensed music content on the mobile music platformdeveloped by Chian Unicom. The deal reached a milestone, which was the first time that the top three global labels collaboratively granted license of the music content from their libries to a third party provider for offering digital music services on a platform of telecom operators. Upon the launch of numerous music services in relation to the digital content retrieved from the music libraries of the top three record labels, LianYiHuiZhong, will become the largest partner of China Unicom in term of music content.
