Beijing e-License was established in October 2007 as a 50-50 joint venture company between the subsidiary of the Group, Far Glory Limited and e-License lnc.(Japan) Beijing e-License is theonly joint venture company of e-License lnc. (Japan) in the Great China region for the locolization of this digital copyrights management systems, together with its full technical support.

Leveraging on the China's national policy of "3-Network Convergence" and the commitment of China in the protection of intellectual property as a member of the World Trade Organizaiton (WTO), the Group aims to provide a comprehensive, fair and transparent digital copyrights management system, software and contents for the fixed and wireless networks,in-car navigation system/vehicle network and other digital media service providers.
